2 tbsp butter
-
2 cloves garlic (minced)
-
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
-
1/2 tsp paprika or light Cajun seasoning
-
Salt & pepper to taste

For the slaw
-
2 cups shredded cabbage (or slaw mix)
-
1/4 cup shredded carrots
-
2 tbsp mayo
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
1 tsp honey
-
Salt & pepper

For the avocado crema
-
1 ripe avocado
-
1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
1 small garlic clove
-
Pinch of salt

For assembling
-
6–8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
-
Fresh cilantro
-
Lime wedges
-
Optional: sliced jalapeños, pickled onions

Instructions
1. Make the slaw
-
Mix cabbage, carrots, mayo, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
-
Chill while you prep everything else (this helps flavor develop).

2. Blend the crema
-
Blend avocado, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, and salt until smooth.
-
Add a splash of water if needed to thin it.

3. Warm the lobster
-
Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
-
Add garlic → cook 30 seconds.
-
Add lobster, lime juice, seasoning → gently warm for 2–3 minutes.
-
(Don’t overcook—just heat through.)

4. Heat tortillas
-
Warm in a dry pan or directly over a flame for slight char.

5. Assemble
-
Tortilla → slaw → warm lobster → drizzle crema
-
Top with cilantro + extra lime squeeze

Flavor Tips (this is where it stands out)
-
Add a touch of hot sauce or cayenne to balance the richness
-
Use grilled tortillas for texture + smokiness
-
A little mango or pineapple salsa takes this to another level

Optional Variations
-
Blackened lobster tacos: use heavier Cajun seasoning + quick sear
-
Baja-style: add crispy batter coating (more indulgent)
-
Light & clean: skip crema, use olive oil + extra lime
